Iranian
researchers at the Islamic Azad University, Yazd Branch,
Central Iran, have designed and developed three types
of military, rescue and minesweeping robots to boost control
over borders. "The rescue robot has been designed
to help injured troopers in war zones and provide first
aid to them, said Hadi Zare, one of the researchers
of the team, the Iranian students' news agency reported.
